How do you know if you even have a case? The honest answer is just call a lawyer. Honestly, we give free consultations. Most personal injury attorneys, myself included, do this. Let the attorney decide if you have a case or not.
Some of them are more aggressive than others, so they’ll take different types of cases. Sometimes, if you don’t get the answer you’re hoping for with the first one, go to the next one.
