What does a fair settlement actually mean? Quite frankly, it’s a combination of getting your medical expenses covered, your lost wages and, honestly, pain and suffering on top of that.
Is it a “we’ll go half, you go half” type of thing? No. This isn’t a math equation. It’s really a basis of: how injured were you, how much help did you need and how much pain did you go through? There’s no real quick way to figure that out.
