TSLOne. They think they can't afford it. They can. Personal injury lawyers don't charge upfront.
TSLIf we don't recover for you, you don't pay. That's how most personal injury firms work - contingency. They don't get paid unless they win for you.
TSLTwo. They think it'll take forever. Most cases - not all, but most - get resolved without ever going to court. It moves faster than you think when somebody actually pushes it.
TSLThree. They feel weird about it. Like they're being greedy or dramatic. They're not. Getting hurt because somebody else messed up is not your fault. Asking for fair compensation is not greedy.
