TSLOne of the biggest mistakes people make after a crash is being polite.
TSLNobody's hurt bad, nobody's yelling. So she walks over and says the two words everyone says: I'm so sorry.
TSLSix weeks later, her claim file reads: claimant admitted fault at the scene. She didn't admit anything. She was raised right. Politeness is free. Until an adjuster quotes it back.
