TSLWhen somebody sits across from me for the first time, here's the first thing I tell them.
TSLJust. Breathe.
TSLYou're in pain. You're stressed. You're getting bills you didn't ask for, calls you didn't ask for, paperwork you don't understand.
TSLAnd now, on top of all that, you're sitting in a lawyer's office, which most people don't love either.
TSLSo step one is - let me take the noise. You don't talk to the insurance company anymore. They talk to me.
TSLYou don't deal with the paperwork. I deal with the paperwork. You focus on getting better. That's the only job you have.
TSLMost people exhale right around that point. That's the first thing I tell them.
