What if the police refuse to come to the accident? The best thing you can do is grab witness information and take pictures of everything: your car, their car. Twenty pictures—get as many as you can. Any injuries, anything that you have.
Then take witness statements and get witness information. That’s going to be your biggest way to prove what happened.
